- Luministe
3 stars
Comment: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir contribute to parity in this cuvée adorned with a golden robe enlivened by fine bubbles. Aging in wood of 10% of the wines contributes to its complexity: the nose combines stewed and jammy fruits with buttery, brioche, vanilla and toasted notes. The hazelnut is added to this palette in a persistent palate which combines size, generosity and elegance. This excellent champagne, a finalist when it comes to choosing favorites, will gladly accompany a festive meal.

2017
- Luministe
1 star
Comment: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay at par, vinified partly in vats and partly in barrels, gave birth to this brut with the scents of exotic fruits and hay. Subtly evolved, marked in the end by a touch of bitterness, the palate offers an appreciable balance between acidity and vinosity.
2016
- Dialogie
selected
Comment: mainly from the miller (80%), this white black has partially known the wood (barrel and casks). On the nose, toasted, brioche and candied notes; on the palate, power and roundness, underlined with a sharp point. A structured brut, not devoid of elegance.
2015
- Dialogie
1 star
Comment: A blanc de noirs (80% sucker), round and long, with a floral and fruity nose embellished with notes of dried fruit and smokiness reflecting a passage in oak barrels.
2015
- Multimis
1 star
Comment: a brut favoring blacks (60% meunier), complemented by chardonnay. The deep robe, straw gold, announces generosity. In fact, the nose introduces into a gourmet universe of gingerbread, nonettes, dried fruits, and honey. These rich aromas also perfume an ample, structured and balanced material. A beautiful table champagne.
